In this hands-on workshop attendees will receive a Piper Make Coding Kit that they may keep after the session! During the workshop, attendees will use the Piper Make to build an electronic circuit by touching two wires together, then proceed to build an LED and program it to blink. We will highlight the alignment of these projects to the K12 CS standards, showcasing how simple it is to implement STEM / CS with your students. Note: This session is best experienced as "hands-on", so please bring a computer (laptop or Chromebook) and be ready to experience Piper Make! **Attendees are welcome to join both Piper Make and Take Workshops and continue to more advanced projects during the second workshop.
